The content of your entries belongs to you. We claim no rights to your text.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the sparkle button to generate clearly illegal or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to circumvent the rate limits or flood the service with automated requests.

5. Availability

Requests to the cloud AI depend on third-party providers and may be temporarily unavailable. The local journal works fully offline.

6. Liability

The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruption.
